It's not really running just uses what petrol in carb mine has the coil pack so no leads battery went abit flat with me trying to start it but even when I tried to bump start it it did not even try so stuck at mo

Take a spark plug out and see if its wet.. Could be flooded.. How was it running before it refused to start?

It was running fine no problems that I noticed and will check spark plugs in morning cheers

Sounds like an immobiliser problem, has the key been apart lately?

If it was an imobiliser drama, I would imagine it wouldnt of started the first time then die, it would just be completely unresponsive when you turn the key.. No cranking or anything.

It does not have one only a light in the key fob so will have to do some investigation work in morning hope it nowt serious

Crank sensor?

No, the immobiliser will allow the car to start, then it will cut out a few seconds later.

Ok had a look and think it might be the fuel pump no fuel coming to the filter blown back down pipe and can hear it coming back into tank will let you all know what happens anybody know a breakers in or near Huddersfield cheers

again sounds like immobiliser issue. from past experience. first thing to try is the spare key.

The immo cuts the fuel pump after a few seconds.

also your car does not have a carb.

The key fob just looks to have a light in it nothing else cheers

And yeah sorry throttle body

If you have a spare key try that, certainly sounds like an immobiliser fault.
