Probably not...

I would be very wary of purchasing the the vag commander 1.4 you have listed, first it is a very cheap chinese clone and unless you are very familiar with this software it is very easy to destroy your ecu.If you still decide to get it make sure you have a backup of the origional coding and a copy of the program on the e-eprom on the ecu. Also there is no information manual available for this particular software,Vag Commander 5.2 is very close but some details vary,

Only supports Skoda upto 2006, so no it will not support your car, also be aware it will be cheap chinese cable and illegal version of the software, otherwise why have such an old version from years ago.

I have a good clone which was £45 on Amazon running VDCS 11.11 (yes I know it's a rip & you have to stop it updating) I can't afford £250 just to help change my comfort settings, I'm not in business so can't charge others to off set the cost. As for backup? They got it working on my windows 8 pro a week after it was released & Ross-Tech just tell you they don't support windows 8 at this time for your £250!!

Just hope you have no issues with it then… it wouldn’t be the 1st hacked software to bugger a car up.

The only problem I had was finding the original code for my VRS when the main dealer had taken out the progress steering when I told them it was too light at speed & then the wife started complaining about trying to park in Adsa! lol. Once I found the code (no help from this site, see my post's) This cable & software did the job

unless you get a short or surge, the rest is programme coding I,e cracked windows will f*ck up the same as windows with no updates, But will not Kill you CPU.!
