Glad they have started to arrive :)

Fingers crossed by saturday they have all landed.

Anybody got pics of a BLT one?

You can have a look at mine soon Dan. If it arrives today then hopefully I'll get it on this weekend (weather pending!)

Nice one mate, does it retain the ASV?

Still nothing arrived unfortunately :-(

The ASV is still there though yes! Did you get your EGR mapped out by Ant? I asked him to take mine out when I was there, as a fault code was up anyway so thought I might as well get it done.

No mate, I never planned to mod it after the remap tbh, but one thing led to another haha :p

Has anyone had an issue with the flanges having a bend in them?

Normally I wouldn't care but I'm worried about it getting hot and cold and snapping a bolt

Mines here! Thanks for that. So who is going to run a guide on fitting this for the BLT engine? :)

Im doing it to my blt tomorow looks easy tbh

Got mine all on now and looks great

Feels a lot better too as the car seems to pick up a lot more :)

Unfortunately I have the EML on mine at the mo but I'm writing a new map for mine at the minute so I'll map it out myself :)

i got the ****** file out and shaved some off to make it flat, should be better now. other than that the quality is not notch!

did mines today blt ill right a guide in fabia 1 section no eml on either

Hi, got mine today, looks ok but neither mating surface is flat parallel, both are curved concavly and with the thickness of the mating material, surly won't pull straight, I don't think it should be like this and surely will have an effect on the sealing of the pipe, what do I do from here?

same issue as me mate, i filed the mating faces till they were flatter...

only other option i could see that may work, if you get a very slim washer and that inbetween the delete pipe and the car to take up some of the bend in the flange, fit it, check for leaks, then your golden.

Yeah mine inst flat either. Might try filing it see what the outcome is

Have no idea if mine was flat or not but came from the same batch. Fitted at the weekend and touch wood no problems.

If anyone fits one and it doesn't fit please take a few detailed pictures so that i have the evidence to pass on.

Reply from the guy that supplies them

"Don't worry about that, the kits are in 100% working order, that 'flush' is in periphery of the flange, in the centre the flange is ok, there is a gasket too... So tell him to put the kits on their cars. If the problem exists when the kit are putted on the car, like leaking, no problem for exchange"

Excuse the english but hopefully it puts minds at rest :)

I have my kit for sale, for the ASZ engine. just a change of heart really.

£34 delivered. PM me :)
