Guess the Album ? Picture Cover clues?

A few guidelines,

A member can post a snippet of an album cover and the first person with the correct answer then posts another snippet challenge.

The OP must confirm correct answer by posting image and name of artist/album.

Try not to make it to obscure .

If it becomes to difficuilt then clues are allowed.

If a challenge hasnt been posted within 24 hours of giving a correct answer anyone may post .

Dont forget to rename image and not make the crop to obvious that 'Google Images' would easily reveal the answer. You could do a quick check yourself ;0)

Pretty certain it's not them,,,,,,,,,,,,99.9% sure it's a rock/prog rock band. It's really frustrating as I know I've heard and seen the the album!

Love these brain teasers. Thing is I recognise the damn thing but just can't place it. Driving me mad. Brain has gone through Pink Floyd, ELP etc. Even Rod Stewart Atlantic crossing came to mind but i don't think i'm on the right track
