19"s on a furby? Anyone done pics etc

Featured Replies

Been offered some nice x5 alloys cheap for the winter to save mine from the salt has anyone fitted any 19"s

19"s in winter?

Are you mad....

You'd need a 30 profile tyre as a maximum, even then the tyres would still be far too big.

Dont think theyll go on, would look massive aswel. 18"s are hard enough to fit.

Ud have to run silly low profile tyres and alot of strech aswel standardish ride height and they would probs catch on full lock

Hope this helps

They fit fine

Haha yeah they were on a golf so profiles are really low 30's I think .. Mines on coilys so was going to jack right up and fit to avoid all the rubbish and potholes over the winter will look stupid high but rather look stupid for a few months save my sumo and good wheels and make money after Christmas selling the. With adapters

With them building new houses near me the stones bricks rubbish salt and all other **** that's come from the site and grifters aswell as them making the pot holes harder to see don't fancy damaging me sumo or wheels

M

with no tyres on. ;)

Good luck is all I will say. :D

Be interested to see some pics when you attempt to fit them :)

Buy them......

......

......

Then sell them to sum1 with a mk4 golf etc...

And make a profit..

Even if they fit the fabia + u could turn the wheels they would look daft :D

Haha, you would have to find a 7j - 19 inch rim (good luck), then buy 195/30/19 tyres (again good luck) and they would be about 8mm too tall still but within the 2% recommended tolerance

im sure his will be 8j so you will have mega stretch and a fair bit of rim poke too, even the boys at tyrestretch.com dont have any pics for that size , and they are bonkers

Maybe just stick to 17's eh?

18's look crap on a fabia! Looks like a rollerskate! 19's would look horrendous!!

For £150 you should be able to pick up a set of second hand 16s if salt and summer wheels is that much of an issue.

I've got 18's on the S3 but they have to be that big to go over the 340mm brakes.

TBH the ride could be better... but it's as small as I can get away with.

to go over the 340mm brakes.

Alright dont brag! :p
