hi ,

on my 2008 petrol engine roomster the front wiper and both windscreen washers stopped working, fuses all ok . was told to check hood(bonnet) latch as there is apparently a micro switch that can cause this problem???? can't seem to find any wires connected to latch.. and there is no + to the wiper motor....... any suggestions??

I have never heard of a micro switch at the latch.
