I sorted out the knocking/clicking on mine, symptoms where knocking/clicking when braking, reversing, cornering, there didn't seem any real pattern on replicating the noise, it started as the odd knock on bumps, and ended up being most prominent at slow speeds manoeuvring on the brakes. Well all I needed to fix this, was to grease up the cv joints. Took 20 mins with the use of a ramp and cost me nowt.
