  • put your high beams on that annoys them greatly

  • It's only people with cars that don't have drl's that flash you, they need to get newer cars and realise this feature is cool.

  • I agree with this too. People think your lights are too brightthen BAM! Have that!!

Will I need to buy the resistor kit at the bottom of the auction or will they work without issue on a monte carlo ?

Thanks

No they are error free no issues whatsoever

Fabia DRLs are not connected to error signalizing system. You can fit just any kind of led with no resistor, and it will show no error. I fitted just any led 1156, i think they are 4-5W, and they work. Also interior light and the licence plate lights on Fabia require no error free led's or resistors. Tried it myself.

I have no issues with DRL's. As said in a previous post if they can't see me in my little primrose car they shouldn't be on the road :giggle: . But seriously back in the days of Noah and Volvos/ Saabs with their headlamps blazing, I always thought 'if all cars were lit up like that it would defeat the object of standout recognition. Mine are OFF right now but if I am going any distance with a lot of Motorway driving I would probably have them on, based on the fact I think traffic would see you better in the wing mirrors with the lights on. Each to his own I suppose until the law comes when we all have to use them?

I wonder if Citroen DS3 owners have the same problems. LEDs are certainly brighter than regular bulbs like I have in my fog light/DRLs
