I am having an issue with my Monte. 3 times when my car is idle it cuts out like I've stalled. Then when I try and start the car it doesn't start. After about five minutes the car starts.There are no lights on the dashboard. It occurs randomly. Anyone experienced this? or Know what it may be. I've done 9500miles had it from new and it is a 1.2 tsi 105. I am going to book it in for skoda to have a look.

Call out skoda assist they will be able to fault find

Had skoda assist around this evening and yes within 5 minutes the technician found that it is a fuel rail pressure sensor. Quite suprised as the car is just coming up to it's 1st birthday. At least it will be covered under the warranty.
