Pollen filter casing

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I am trying to find where I may be able to get a pollen filter casing for my fabia 2003. It is the same as the one on the mat in this picture.

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=skoda+fabia+pollen+filter+casing&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&client=safari&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=aHnoUPLPCILK0QX3mYDQAg&biw=1024&bih=672&sei=annoUMeOK8O20QXyz4DABA#biv=i|19;d|m1Y_D5V4kgyiLM:

Mine is broken at the top and makes a loud blowing noise where it is moving when air goes through it

Thanks

Wayne

Which part is it you need? i may have one...

Yeah, 25B is the correct part. I would be eternally grateful if you had one. :-D

The top seems to have snapped off and not with the car. Bought it yesterday and have already changed front pads and disks and resealed the rear doors!

There also seemed to be a sensor or something in that area where the pad goes in which was sat 90 degrees out and stopping the filter from going in correctly and squashing it down.

Also another question, when the fan is on full the airflow sounds like a flymo lawnmower/vaccum cleaner and is quite loud in comparison to my previous fabia. Any ideas what maybe causing this?

Sorry for the millions of questions, just want to get it right,

Thanks

Wayne

Leaves stuck behind the fan. They get behind by dropping down through the scuttle panel. Have a search, there is a guide for how to remove them. ;)

Thanks for that. Much appreciated.
