So time has come to sell my car due to needing to raise cash to buy a house. I have had car for almost 2 years and apart from the common issues i.e. Coil packs, Diverter Valve, ect. It has been so reliable starting first time every time and returning fairly good MPG.

This is back up for sale. Just can't afford to run it mainly because I am in the process of buying my first house so need somthing cheaper to run for the time being..

I have dropped price considerably.

Also included in the sale is a brand new timing belt kit which retails at over £100.

Cheap as chips that

Should sell easily fella

Also mileage is actually less at around 132000 but I have put 135000 so I don't have to edit mileage all the time. Car runs sweet and if I could afford to run it I would keep it but with a drop in wage and trying to find a new house it's just currently not possible

Bump

I tell you what, my car is getting reverted to stock in the next couple weeks before it goes up for sale. I could be tempted with this if its still available in about a months time.

Bump. And it could well be as I'm in no rush to sell As long as I sell before September that's the main thing

Well if my car isnt fixed, stripped down and sold by then It will be oth of us being very unhappy lol. Keep me in mind.(although yours will also be needing a new MOT then...)

What tyres do you have fitted all round? i noticed on the other forum you stated you have fitted 3 new tyres? That seems odd.

  • Author

Mot wouldn't be an issue. I would be more than happy to get it mot'd before sale if possible

2 Goodyear eagle f1s which were fitted few months ago on front. And on back there's Goodyear efficient grip and another Goodyear eagle f1 although the v shape.

Basically tyre place at time didn't have the eagle f1s so my only choice was Goodyear efficient grip.

That is cheap. What a lot of car for very little money.

Must admit, seeing a car with 3 different tyres on it, scares me a little, im a big believer in looking after a car and doing things properly, especially with tyres and servicing. Im pretty anal, and feel the need to have the same tyres on an axle with equal age/wear levels. I can deal with different front to back, but not side to side.

That is something I would have to change from the offset, so it'd be 2 new tyres straight away for me.

Which Eagle F1 have you got on the front: F1 Assymetric 1 or F1 Assymetric 2, also i presume by V shape on the rear means you have F1 Assymetric GSD3 on ne of the raer tyres?
