Setup wise (fitment) what different? Looking at aftermarket parts the rears are the same but fronts are different.

Do the mk2 mounts fit the mk1?

Is the Fabia II based on a Fabia I chassis then, or just suspension bits?

I thought they were all new, along with the Polo. . .

I believe it's based on the mk1 platform unlike the polo, a1, ibiza which is on a newer version of the platform.

    No mk2 top mounts are totally different from Mk1's.
