Ventilation Problem 09 Superb S 1.9

Hi ,

As title I have an 09 superb with standard heat / vent system. doesn't seem to matter where the temp control knob is set, the temp seems to have a mind of its own. I.E. it can be set at cold but air comung through vents is roasting hot. Would appreciate any feedback.
