I've got a fabia vrs on a 56 plate can anyone help me out and tell me where I can get the battery cover from??

Can I get one for the year of my car?? Seen many pics of people havin them in their engine bays and I'm after one to colour code and finish of my engine bay!!

If you do a search you will see that 05 onwards did not have them fitted.

Is there anyway of changing it to adapt the battery cover lid??

It's a massive 'faf' iirc

i still have the intention of buying the ASZ battery box and fitting a cover but haven't got round to it

It's probably not impossible to do a decent botch job using some self-adhesive velcro and a suitable battery cover - but retrofitting the earlier version is as suggested probably much more trouble than it's worth.
