Eibach Pro Springs

Featured Replies

Hi There,

New member here looking for some advise on lowering my newly acquired Fabia Vrs. Im looking to lower it by 25/30mm. I wont be taking it on track days etc and want a fairly decent ride.

i have seen these and wondered what kind of rep they have and if anyone on here has them fitted and could tell me their experience;

Id also like to hear better recommendations. i have a budget of about £250-£300.

Thanks in advance.

Eibach springs on my Mk1 Octy got me much improved handling... for about 3 years.

Then they sagged quite badly, much faqster than factory springs. From then on, I always used VW/Skoda springs, they have "sport" lowered versions too, though the price is higher.

If you're just wanting to change the springs only then I'd say the Eibach Pros are your best option.

I have had eibach pros on since the summer, imo they bring the ride down to where it should have been out of the factory, not too low so the car will still go over speedbumps ok but a nice drop, they dont change the ride much either. look at my build thread for pics

Thanks All,

What effect if any does it have on the handling? i find it to have a fair amount of understeer and wanted to sharpen it up. will these make any difference?

Thanks

They help a little bit , if you want to solve understeer stick a whiteline/jabbasport rear arb on
