picked it up 3 weeks ago now

got it for 4800

picked it up last tueseday there and sold the civic yesterday its away down south:(

anyways onwards and upwards i love these cars and i know how quick they are mapped so plans are

well got the car back together 1 exploded cv joint later but looks good

crash bar is back on was modyfying it for my front mount deck of cards yes thats the way ive always painted my wheels try it paint doesnt get on the tyres works perfect painted more than 20 sets off wheels this way!!!

anyways havent updated in ages so here goes

well got another grille standard one again for nothing so going to paint that up at some point and fit it

also got my mufflerectomy done the other day sounds good want my decat now lol

car goes away today to get the windows tinted and ordered some wind deflectors

thats as far as ive got at the minute well ive just had the windows tinted and ordered wind deflectors and a pollen filter

also on order are

new blue wing mirror glass mines has the heater elements gone so its messed up the mirrors

headunit dvd player

new bumper mesh

vrs car badge set wheels steering wheel boot badge and new grille badge

new mikalor boost clamps

lamin-x for headlights

square front number plate

magnets for the number plate

2xboost hoses for my front mount intercooler i'm doing next month

think thats about it so far

car is also remapped now aswell 140quid remap from a mate now running 173bhp and 295lbft

20% tint done the other day only pic i have atm more tomorrow been dark by time ave been getting home

anyways update time wind deflectors arrived fitted them cleaned the car and got a hold of a standard grille in silver so

now just waiting on new badges etc etc and polybush the full motor as there all gubbed

some bits have arrived some aint still waiting on intercooler and my vrs badges

front bumper mesh has appeared new headunit new square plate and some sealant for my rear door leak

also took the pipercross filter off as it slowed it down alot lol

got all my bits here now so fitted my lamin x to foglights and rear reverse lights new bumper mesh and grille new carbon vrs badges and my mikalor clamps and boost hoses

also painted the front to wheels up again as winter took its toll

and tonight it developed a high pitched squeel so either manifold gaskets away or i have a slight boost leak

front mount is on order s is egr delete then my mate is making the pipework up for me

front mount got delivered today but i wasnt in so wont be here till next week lol heres a pic of it anyways

fitted my intercooler on saturday ordered up some polybushes as my console bushes are done lol also egr delete and sticker number plate are on route

egr delete arrived aswell as my polybushes and sticker plate didnt like the square plate and dont like this on either lol cant win

cooler is big enough it lags enough and dint have to take manifold bolts off atall to do egr delete was a ballache but its done found an easier way got my egr delete fitted today what a ballache of a job lol and a wee photoshoot with my brothers car that ive just finished building

yours an asv engine yea ?? its a pain i cant get a silicone hose to fit at the anti shudder due to vw stupid bost hoses

been busy today got the braes fitted so much better old ones were pumped and changed my console bushes to polybush what a difference these have made old ones must have been gubbed

Was very difficult to read all that but on the positive side you've made some nice mods with a quality finish, especially the intercooler hoses.

Looking good how do you find the cone filter mate? I'm tempted to get one now I have a quiet exhaust

a pressed plate on the rear would help finish it off abit more

Filter i took off it just heatsoaked mate and felt slower and console bushes massive diference no vibrations like people complain about. Yea sorry about that i copied and pasted off my other thread lol

What turbo are you planning on using to get 200bhp? Hybrid?

Standard kkk usually goes to about 175 max...

The 230bhp kit cant remember if its the 1756 lol bein looking at a few

not really updated get new wheels in the next couple of days changed my frontplate again to something im happy with 15" by 3.5" mot is up soon and so is tax got 2 c.v boots to fit and it should be all good cleaned it aclayed it and waxed it as it needed it badly some pictures

new update new wheels finally arrived from rota 17s 7.5inch wide looks loads better now alloys are steel grey got them just in time for crail yesterday
