Just give it a good tug! The fog lamp grill, that is!

Grab hold of the slats & pull. It's just held in with plastic clips either side.

Pull down on the top edge to release the plastic pips that hold the top in. Then tilt the grille forwards slightly and ease it off the foglight.

Refit is reverse - will click in audibly. Note that grille must go back parallel to car's fore/aft axis. Because it's curved, it looks like you're fitting it wrongly but the foglight hole has to contain the whole of the foglight cylinder.
