On face book it says there will be 8!!! new models introduced this year, New octy , new octy estate, new octy VRS, new octy estate VRS? so what else is there, Possibly a new superb already?? what does everyone think

Given the spy shots already released face lifted superb and superb estate are fairly certain as is the shortened rapid due at the end of the year. Could be a citygo version of the Up GT ? VW are releasing a scout like version of the UP this year too so it could be that?

New Superb due out before the end of the year, supposedly even bigger than the current one!

It would have to grow a bit to distinguish itself from a longer Octy 3.

I just wish they would do a convertible at last.

The citigo sport has just been released, so we've had 2 already. New octy & combi, rs and rs combi, superb, and superb combi, then yeti fl, and the rapid (what ever it is?) that makes 8 in total doesn't it? ??

I think they are pushing the definition of "new model" quite a bit for the Citigo Sport when it's only a different trim level

I believe the "8 new models" thing came for Skoda France and for them that meant:

- Rapid

- Octavia

- Octavia Combi

- Octavia RS

- Octavia Combi RS

- Superb FL

- Yeti FL

- Rapid Spaceback

Looks like a risky time to buy any new Skoda these days with all these FL models coming down the pipe!

The original line up that Skoda released for 2013 was:

To be fair the image above needs updating by Skoda - we've had the Rapid, new Octavia and new Octavia Estate.

It would make sense that the August model is the new Octavia vRS and the facelifted Superb in October. Judging by the image December's model is an SUV/4x4 shape so the Yeti facelift.

I could of course be wrong!
