Used PDC parking controller, part number 1Z0919283C, suitable for pre FL mk II Octavia, not sure about mk I. Removed from my 2008 pre FL mk II Octavia as have upgraded to optical display, but fully functional.

Good if your existing controller has been damaged by the washer fluid issue, this one has not suffered that fortunately.

Don't use this if retrofitting full sensor kit though, there's more advanced controllers out there for that which give you optical display.
