Featured Replies

hi all im looking into getting 2 1/2" turbo back exhaust possibly a piper one with no silencers just a tip or my local tyre spot will do the same I was just wondering about powerloss etc.. with it having no backbox or silencers

has anyone had a straight through with one silencer or just a back box, but also had a straight through with just a tip cheers

billy

I've had a Mufflerectomy. A straight through with just a tip and now I have a full exhaust with a back box.

The current setup is the best IMO. Mufflerectomy is the best for the money! I wasn't to keen on a full system with no silencer, it was loud and I felt a drop in power.

What are you doing about the cat?

I fancy a piper turbo back decat with 1 silencer. But I think it's quite expensive.

I've got a decat mate, I had a full system for £280. Custom of course!

ok thanks im gonna go decat so do you reckon a straight through with a back box will be fine for power or should I get a middle box to cheers!

Wouldn't bother with a middle box mate, mine is fine with a back box :)

So is yours decat with straight until back box then dan?

Sure is mate. It has a 5" diameter back box. I wasnt sure how loud etc it was but I pulled up next to a bunch of kids last night who were shouting for me to rev it! The little rascals haha!
