Thinking of replacing the standard bulbs in my Octy with Philips extreme bulbs and just wanted to check that I have correctly selected the right ones.

This is what I have selected so far:

Dipped: Philips Extreme Vision H7

Main: Philips Extreme Vision H1

Indicators: Philips Silver Vision PY21W

What are peoples thoughts on sidelights. I see that I can get some Philips LED side lights but i have never tried these before. In my Fabia i used the Philips Blue Vision Ultras. Are the LED ones better/worth it or not ?

You do not have sidelights in the vRS octy. DRL's are used instead.

Dipped, main, and indicators are all quality bulbs you have mentioned.

Had the dipped one's in my old Leon, amongst other's be prepared however with upgraded bulb's to change them about every 12-15 months. I got it down to about 3-4 mins aside replacing blown one's. have'nt thought about upgrading so far with my octy..
