Coil overs or springs

Bought me a 54 plate vrs full service history she's only got 45000 on clock completely standard except a remap I've previously had a corsa sat on its arse and had cheap German coil overs and felt like **** but on this fabia it's been polybushed and is really stiff what do I do guys do I go for springs or go for coil overs ?????(

Get some fairly decent coilovers and the quality will be better. the likes of KW, weitec, AP.

Not like you 'have' to have it on its bum. just adjustability if you want it.

otherwise springs will be good enough if you just want it to look slightly lower and not make the ride harsh. some decent springs like H&R, eibach are mentioned on here quite often. Just people tend to buy coilovers shortly after as some want more lows.

My advise - save your money from the FMIC and spend that on the coilovers :)
