Trip to Jabba

Featured Replies

Took an early morning trip to Jabbasport this morning and had a RARB fitted that I have been waiting to get for several months.

Didn't really get the chance to try it out on the way home as its mostly dual carrageway and motorway but hopefully it will make a difference on the wiggly roads.

I have the ARB fitted to the mongrel they used to develop the template for the bar they sell. Suffice to say it is NOT spangly :D But it does the job still!

I've just fitted one to mine. Freshly powder coated in yellow. For some inexplicable reason, my cats wouldn't leave it alone while it was sat in my spare room waiting to be fitted.

Had it over a week now and its great. Trouble is I find myself taking a much longer route home just to drive through the lanes and its using up my monthly diesel budget!

They well worth getting then?

In my opinion, yes. I would imagine it would make even more difference on a car with standard suspension.

I have the jabba rarb and its brilliant! Had mine for maybe 6 or 7 years and only problem has been the paint falling off and it rusted. Painted it and all OK again now.

A mate of mine Taylor477 has a H&R rarb, and a seat sport front brace on standard suspension. Handles really nice in the corners. Only thing that puts me off his is the comic movement under breaking and acceleration, although im on coilovers :D
