I've done one or two mods to my BLT engined Fabia.

It now has no EGR system, It's all gone including the EGR cooler. Also is has the CCV mod.

So have I reversed all the changes that VAG made to the ASZ to make it a BLT?

No. I'm not clever enough to explain why though.

pistons are different aswell.

But the EGR cooler is the only real external difference between the two.

Injectors are different as is the mapping.

How are the injectors different? I thought all the transverse PD130/PD150 engines used the same injectors - The "AL" ones?

Nozzels are different. You can see this in the mapping as all the duration maps have to keep the injectors open for a fraction long to obtain said mg/str. We're not taking much difference.

So same part numbers different nozzles. Always good to know Skoda/VW are maintaining uniformity with their parts.

Sorry for the noob questions, But how do you completely remove the EGR Cooler and what Is the CCV mod..?
