ABS - Kicking in just before stopping

Hi everyone :) My car is a 1999 110 Skoda Octavia TDI AHF engine.. When I am coming to a stop, about 10MPH below the ABS kicks in :( It does not doit in general driving just as about to stop the car. Its just had last week, a new front sensor fitted as it was coming up with the fault code for that.

Now after the sensor I am getting no fault codes....... and its kicking in like said just prior to vehicle stopping. I have done live test on VAG-COM and the sensors are all measuring the same speed...

Anyone got any clue what it can be please?
