Skoda Ensurance

Featured Replies

Anyone use the Skoda Ensurance product on top of their standard car insurance? What do you think of it?

Don't get it.

Audi gave me a number to call if I have an accident. They deal with everything, free courtesy car. Guaranteed genuine parts. Free legal advice. Sounds just like Ensurance to me but for free.

I'm sure Skoda dealers do the same for free aswell, as they get the business from you. Why would they turn away good business. Surely they only fit genuine parts aswell.

Complete waste of money. This is just charging you for the privilege of making sure VAG get the insurance work. Stuff like legal cover and car hire you get with your normal policy if you want it.

It saves the hastle but its not always better.

We had a similar deal on our Mazda 3 - Wife has a little impact that wiped out the side of the car. Went to the local main dealer bodyshop (Hendy) and the quality of the work was a joke. Took them 4 attempts to fix it and even then it was still not right. Comments like "Its not a rolls Royse" from the manager trying to excuse crap work. Then just lies like saying all the dirt under the laquer in the petrol cap was there on delivery (I know it wasn't as I spent a day paint protecting it on day 1)

There is nothing to stop you doing everything they are doing.

Skoda Ensurance is free for the first three years
