I like that - very cool. Ours is race blue with the grille surround colour coded. Just got the wheels done smoked chrome but not put them on yet as still got the winters on.

this arrived this morning. not fitted yet, but looks a pretty close match to race blue. changed my skoda logo on the badge to race blue too with a lot of work, so hoping the whole lot will look good when I get to doing it next week...

I'm not sure those shades of blue go together at all.

Sorry to say but I have to also say that I personally do not think that they go well together.

that's what I'm thinking, although its on now so I will live with it for a week until I can decide what to do. no time to remove now, ill see if it grows, but I learnt how to do it well if I change colours now.

dismantling grille, half hour. wrapping half hour.

I did the centre console around the stereo last week in silver as the paint was coming off.

I didn't do such a good job as it was late and didn't want to wake everyone with the hairdryer on full blast. my tip- hairdryer on full heat and don't be scared to stretch the vinyl.

been out and about. sat in a pub garden looking at it and I have to say, I am really starting to like it. maybe the pics don't do justice, but I think the very slightly darker grille hints it is not just another octavia. it looks quite mean I think, but subtley so. not just another black carbon grille like all the rest. the blue badge sets it off nicely I think.....

i just put up a link yesterday with pictures on dismantling the grill if its of any use to anybody, fiddly but not a hard job sanded and primed mine for paint this morning a mate of mine does car wrapping tinting etc said it would be very hard to colour match wrap race blue which is a pity...
