Headlight backing plates - Different with xenons?

Can anyone tell me if the the headlight backing plates on Xenon equipped Fabia's came with a hole for HID ballast wires to go through?

I need a back for one of retro fit Xenons and would prefer not to just drill a hole in an 'ordinary' backing plate.
