Oil every 6 months only do 8k a year

Tyres pressures probs about 3 monthly

Wash the car weekly

Interior probs every couple of weeks or at least once a month

1) When the car tells me to so every approx. 20,000 miles / 9 months.

2) Not often enough, probably around every 3 months.

3) Every other week, unless the weather bad as there isn't any point.

4) Once a month, a hoover and a wipe with a duster over the top of the dash.

That reminds me, I must clean the inside of the windscreen!

1 Once a year

2 When I think about it (not very often!)

3 When it's dirty

4 Embarrassed to admit never in 2 years (in my defence it doesn't get that dirty!)

1, change your oil?

When it goes in for a service

2, check your tyre pressure?

Once a month/6 weeks

3, wash your car?

every 2-3 weeks

4, clean the interior?

every 2-3 weeks

1) When the car tells me

2) Every couple of weeks due to a very slow puncture/leak on the front right.

3) Not often enough.

4) Even less often than above!

1, change your oil? Occasionally

2, check your tyre pressure? When I remember, but not as often as I should

3, wash your car? 6 months maybe!

3, clean the interior? every 3-4 weeks or sooner if it's dusty

1) Every 3000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first.

2) Once per week.

3) Once / twice per week.

4) Once per month.

Interesting variety here. I asked as a point of comparison, as I think I could probably do 1 and 2 more often;

for me;

1 - When it has been serviced, so only 3 times in 75k thus far.

2 - Every 6 months

3 - Every fortnight

4 - Every month

1 - Change oil and filter every 5000 miles.

2 - Once a week usually accompanied with the following

3 - Once a week unless its really bad

4 - I could hoover the boot every day as i just throw my working shoes in, but usually once a week when washing

1, change your oil? At Yearly Service (I trust the array of modern sensors for alerting me to low levels or temp)

2, check your tyre pressure? I always do a walk around; physically perform check prior to any distance or speed - or if in no rush and quiet on forecourt.

3, wash your car? When the forecast says 5+ days of sun or I can't read number plate

4, clean the interior? When it smells.

Jesus christ at some of the replies.

Oil:- once a year

tyres :- once a fortnight, it takes all of a minute to check

clean car:- when it gets that dirty it starts to get embarrasing to drive round in

Interior:- Less than the outside.

A bloody clean car/interior wont keep you alive but checking tyre pressures are correct very well could do.

The messiah appeared in some of the replies!!? Hallelujah!

I missed that :giggle:

1) when the car tells me(every 15k km)

2) every 3 months.

3) once a week.

4) every 2 weeks.

1) Not done it yet, but will be at 12 months as it's on fixed service and I won't do 10k

2) Once a month

3) Once a week weather permitting, but can go to 2 weeks or twice a week depending on how dirty it is ;)

4) same as 3

1. Will be changed at its first service (in less than 3000 miles).

2. Not often enough. Quarterly perhaps....?

3. Monthly but if it needs it wil give a quick wash down. Been trying to clean it last 2 weekends but things have come up :(

4. Not quite so often as above. Every couple of months if that. I don't let it get too dirty inside in the first place :)

1.yearly, or around 10'000 miles

2.Maybe every 2-3 months

3.I employ a dedicated team of Eastern Europeans to undertake this task monthly

4.-Ditto-

1. 10000 miles or every year.

2. Monthly

3. Wash twice a week, full detail every 6months. Topping wax up in between. Im serious about it all.

4. Once a week plus included slighty more in a detail.
