Mine has a grille from a Caddy pick-up of the same age. It's a straight swap as the VW and Skoda pick-ups were the same. (Not the van though.) There's a shot of mine in the classic Skodas section of the gallery.

No, I haven't. I didn't tune up my car, I like it as it is. But I ordered online from other Czech shops many times before.

They have best prices for Felicia original or third party spare parts. All UK dealers get many, if not all parts from there, then sell them to you for ridiculous sums.

I was getting ridiculous prices for rear ABS sensors of near £100. It's well worth your while popping up google translate and navigating the Czech websites. I got two rear ABS sensors, and two rear stub axles (admittedly the wrong ones - without the holes for said ABS sensors, DOH!) for 4023 Czech crowns, which is about £130, and I think that even included shipping.

I used cc-autodily.cz, but there does seem to be a lot of other very similar sites you could use.

Admittedly, it was hard work and I did have to do some weird international bank transfer thing to pay for it, but I saved myself around £200.

EDIT: On a side note, I went to the dealership the other day to get a new grille badge and shifter linkage, and whilst there I enquired about the price of the front grille (pre-facelift). You know, the metal bit which surrounds the badge and goes underneath the headlights...... 90 effing pounds! Excluding VAT!

Same thing happens in reverse, when I try to order non-auto stuff from UK. Man... I have such a huge rant against banks, that Briskoda's foul language filter would turn red. They invent huge taxes, as if their employees should have to sweat countless overtime hours... Those ****ing thieves destroy Czech industry that made very reliable parts for Felicia.

I kept the grille from my last car in case I wanted to change mine back to standard but don't think I will even though the Caddy style grill on mine has a slight dent. It's clean and straight but champagne gold metallic so I'd have to spray it anyway.
