How long does it take to get a new Superb ?

Featured Replies

Hi

I am thinking of buying a Superb and wondered what the normal leadtime is for Skoda's from order to delivery. Probably would be an SE Plus or Elgance Greenline II in white with no additions bar heated windscreen jets, auto dimming review mirror and mudgurards. I know you can't order a Superb just at the moment but what are the usual leadtimes for Superbs like ?

It will be hard to tell at the moment with the new facelift due out soon

Dealers used to say 5 to 6 months wait but last year when I ordered my fully loaded Elegance twindoor 4x4 it arrived in a touch over 3 months.

due to the facelift I also imagine the wait will be lengthening quite a bit!!!

I have vey recently been quoted 3 months build date for Superb Combi 1.8TSI Elegance.

I am waiting on an elegance 170 4x4 ordered the end of February, quoted 12 weeks delivery but still not received build date or delivery date

I ordered mine 21 January and was quoted 12 weeks. I was the given a confirmed build date of Week 10 (4 March). There was then a problem with the paint (Shark Blue) so I had to accept a different colour with different options. However Skoda UK have been very good at keeping me informed, as has the dealer, and I received my car on Saturday.

I got the distinct impression from SUK that they will not be making many more, if any, Superbs of the current model as they are starting to gear up for production of the facelift version starting in May.
