Hi everyone I'm new to this site but don't own a skoda yet , unfortunately stuck with my current car (citroen c4) until February then I'm definately looking to buy an octavia vrs

Gonna look at ideas on what to do with it from everyone until I get it.

Also what is the most recommended octavia to get the first generation or second

Hi and welcome. If it's a diesel and your budget will allow you're after proably best to get a CR as the PD has known DPF problems and there was a recall to fix the injectors which have been know to cause problems later due to poor replacement by the dealers under warrenty. If it's the petrol version the petrol heads will let you know, though in truth you'll probably get more replies if you post something in the relevent Octy section
