woo hoo Felicia MOT passed

Featured Replies

Most chuffed.

The '99 1.3 MPI Felicia Magic I bought a month an a half a go, has just passed its MOT.

Preparation was two new tyres, and one existing going on the spare (steel) rim.

A naughty previous owner/seller had removed the airbag warning light bulb, presumably as a result of the over volting (that I'd fixed with a new voltage regulator and new battery) making it come on.

So a new bulb and having the garage reset the warning light off, and another year's ticket was mine! Advisories were slight play in rear wheel bearings and rear suspension top mounts (but not urgent I was told).

I'm a happy boy, and the is sun shining!

Another one on the road for at least another 12 months. :)

Result,

^ Echo the above mate

Mine also advised slight play in RWB's. Happy motoring for another 12 months ;)

Not that many about any more are there? The last I remember seeing appart from mine was a Fun with a big set of chrome lights on top about 2 weeks ago as I was driving home from Tenby.

Quite a healthy batch still running around down here glad to report

Just saw the back end of a red pick-up disappearing round a corner today. Could have been a VW, it was a way off, but I'd like to think it was another.

^ Yep, tends to be quite a few older folk running around in Fellys down here & surprisingly my lads mate bought one recently so nice to see the younger drivers still choosing them above the normal crop of cars!

A bloke in this area uses his Felly pick up as a mobile waste bin washing outfit, with a large water tank fixed in the back. Different!

Haven't seen so many caddys recently, but some of the ones I do spot are rather nice ;)
