Advice - Parking sensors

Featured Replies

hi all,

ive been considering fitting parking sensors to my audi. im looking for some advice from people that have had their car retro fitted with such devices. i have a few issues nagging me.

1: worried it might spoil the look of the back of my car

2: do they really work well? ive never driven a car with them fitted-tbh its really for when other folk drive my car as im used to it now, still nice to have the extra safety measure for me too!

3: do main car dealers retro fit kits like this? im wanting it colour coded too.

4: i had looked at the electromagnet type which hides behind the bumper but have heard varying reports

all help welcome people :)

They do work well. The only thing I get is reversing out of my garage it goes off and same when I reverse up to a kerb, but then I know whats there so its not a big problem.

A friend has one fitted to his Rover, its inside the bumper so you can't see it. I could find out which model he has and what he thinks of it if you want !
