Hi all have been lurking on and off of these forums for a while and thought Id join up and join in.

My first car back in 1991 was a 1983 Estelle 120LSE. I got regularly ribbed by my Fiesta owning mates until leaving them in the dust on twisty back roads.

Ive had two 130 Estelles since then but the last 10 years has seen me in repboxes, my current one being a 210, 000 mile Passat. Once the MOT on that runs out in July, Ill be on the look out for a 10 plate Octavia VRS so i can fly the winged arrow once more.

Welcome to Briskoda. I owned the first of the Passats - a 1588cc TS back in the 70s. It was 3 speed auto which revved to the red line in each gear if you put your foot down. Great fun to drive.
