As a language pedant, I have to agree with Marie here - biannual means twice yearly, and biennial means every two years, whatever gardeners may say. The Oxford English Dictionary (and retired English teachers/inspectors) rule!

Every couple of years and I understand they replace the compressor bearing oil also.

They replaced the compressor as well as the air con rad, they felt because it had leaked a little oil they would take no chances and replace it. All for free .

And the service cost me £193, they must have cleaned the brakes because they work very well now (they where OK before ) driver behind may need a change of under wear now .

Good to see top rate service your dealer, wish we had the same up here. With ours since day one I've been feeling I'm short of a sea anchor when it comes to braking; mind dodgy rear brakes that have now well and truly corroded haven't helped.
