Pasty, as you have miles to travel I am sure I can find a place for you to crash if you need to.

Hmm, maybe, but that's an awfully long way to go. I only really make that sort of trip for Cadwell Park which is frankly my favourite circuit in the UK.

Jase, travel up with Pasty, we have two couches, bring a sleeping bag, you will be fine!

Javelin Track Day, 30th October BOOK HERE

Sorry, if I was going to be going all that way, I'd be aiming to do the Javelin day at Cadwell on 2nd October for £99.

Cadwell is too small of a circuit, Oulton Park has got to be one of the best circuits in the UK.

Following my day on Friday the first thing I did was look at other dates as the day went too quick. Was just beginning to build up my pace when it was time to pack up.

Will look to at least do another one at Blyton in the next month or so as it is good for a novice like me to explore the limits of the car.

May see about another track later in the year either Cadwell or Oulton Park.

I could be up for Oulton on the 30th.

I should be up for oulton park or cadwell although oulton park is closer.

where are these circuits? can someone post some postcodes (the link to the track doesn't have a location anywhere! how daft is that?!) and I could be up for it if I can stay nearby (or if its closer to me!)

Oulton Park is a no brainer, it is a great circuit steeped in history, it is also well organised by MSV and it has a good selection of corners, dips and different surface types that will certainly keep you alert!

I went in the wet and had a really good day out.

Did you see just eat on watchdog? None licensed food prep areas on industrial estates not good. Take a pot noodle, they taste dreadful but you can live on them.

Also get yourself some part worn tyres too, not the Dunlops!
