My mk1 vrs throwing this error. the issue surfaced when i revved the engine a bit hard to negotiate with the steep incline and wheel spun a bit. cleared the code only to watch it come back following day. waited for the tank to get near empty and tanked up just to be sure its not a bad fuel temporary issue. cleared fault codes again. jacked it up and disconnected and connected the electric cable connectors inside the blackbox which is connected to both the sensors.

If this is a sensor problem Can someone let me know if the sensor comes along with heater circuit or do i have to buy it seperately.

As far as I know its just the o2 sensor it comes with the heater built in. Iirc S1 is the pre cat one. Get a genuine or bosch one to replace

the heater element is built into the tip of the sensor, so as far as you are concerned it is just one integrated unit.
