And apologies...i send my comments from my phone and it like to think it knows what i want to say...brakes and breaks seems to confuse it slightly...

Correct me if im wrong, but i always thought the only reason youd put rear discs on a small, light car like the fabia, is if it has plenty of poke. Eg vrs.

Why would they spend the extra money on putting a disc on if the car doesnt require them?

Mine stops perfectly well. A large majority of the braking force is applied to the front wheels anyway, due to the weight transfer that happens when you put the brakes on.

I do agree that the drums dont look too impressive, but they work non the less.

I can see ill be getting the hammerite out on mine before long too.

Entirely unnecessary on a small light car with circa 100 bhp

and not particularly fast 0-60 times. The vRS being the exception 

of course.
