Hi all,

As per the title only noticed it the other day when radio was off. Turn Econ off and I can hear it not so much it's a gaping hole but like any type of pressurised pipe, water running through central heating pipes type noise.

Anybody aware of the cause/fix

Low refrigerant in the AC system?

Low gas, just about to run out. Mine has done the same. Leaking from the condenser.

Mine was making that noise and it needed a new condenser/seals.

Oh bugger! Last check on VCDS showed the system @6.2 bar with a little rev, 42% compressor load at idle and evaporator temp of 22-23c. Is there any measuring block for refrigerant level?

Also strange was coming home from work tonight and Econ was off climate set to 16c as its quite humid where I am, blowing warm-ish air so for some reason turned Econ off and it started blowing cold and I mean cold even with ambient temp of 16-16.5c?? Anyone any ideas??
