Looks awesome.

But is it just to be a bigger faster BRZ/GT86, ie Possibly Rear Wheel drive, not AWD?

Looks the nuts.

Awesome car :)

Looks fantastic !!

The images have been well recieved on the scooby sites which may encourage the company to import this model. I would seriously contemplate one if its anywhere near as good looking as the concept car

That looks amazing.

I got out of Scoobs when the bug-eye came out, but that looks stunning!

looks brilliant! alot better than the last one!

I just think it needs the massive rally spoiler on the back......

....I'll grab my coat :giggle: hahaha

Very sexy.

The old one was ugly, hatch back version in particular looked like a steroid filled civic. If it gets a decent engine in it, they could be on to a real winner. What would you ideally be happy to pay for one?

Would of thought they'd be aiming at the 25k-30k area.

They never have been cheap cars to keep, rather thirsty.

Mine averaged about 22mpg, which when you consider it's a 2.0 turbo isn't great as I'm averaging 18 in the 3.8 including the odd track day.

Looks really nice, but most concept cars never look like they did once they come into production!

I didnt like the Bug-Eye, the Hawk-Eye was a bit better but they ruined it with the Version10.

I really miss my Classic :'( Dont miss the Fuel bill though :giggle:

Hopefully they will start making the engines a bit more reliable in the next one.

The engines are ok if you stick to the service requirements. they are juicy though, getting well less than 20 in the kitcar, I don't often get out of third gear. Mind you you don't buy these cars for economy, When you compare it to the 2.0 petrol vrs with similar power 200'ish bhp the mpg is so much better, that's technology for you I suppose.

That does look superb. I've always preferred the look of evos but that is seriously cool

I'm sold so far, but the real test is the way it drives (else why would anyone own a vrs?!)

Its is probably if they can get the emissions low enough, that has more to do with if they are coming here officially.

(plus they are just stirring up more interest as they,

'do we dont we!'.)

The last WRX STI available in the UK are £815 for the firsts years road tax & then £475. (band L)

Affordable maybe now if you want the car,

But the UK Government can go hitting high emissions even more in the next few years.

I think the VED is £490 now, same as my Nissan.

Sorry, i was just going by the Subaru Price list, Which was July 1st 2012, so pre April 2013.

WRX STI Type UK, 4 door & 5 Door £32,995, 243 co2 g/km

https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-tax-rate-tables

£840 showing on first year,

but still £475 on the band L,

Band M is £490

No problem. It's just even worse! :D

No doubt next year it'll be over £500.

Worth ever penny in smiles alone.

& we can think of it as almost being Carbon neutral with having the EV.

I've had Imprezas, great cars but after the statement made by Subaru uk about no more WRX or STi. I'm not sure we'll get a performance one.

But that does look great
