Hello to all you Skoda owners

Hi ,

I have owned a Brand New Yeti Se Plus 170ps for 6 months now and can only praise the designers and builders of the vehicle. now with that part out of the way, I have a problem.

Just returned from a holiday in Dorset and whilst travelling around I noticed that the Sat Nav Maps were in error on some fairly new roads.

I have googled the subject constantly without a definitive answer. The one thing I have established is that my maps are out of date "Western Europe V4" I have been informed that V9 is the latest. I have followed the download procedure as described on this web site for new maps  and have got as far as a Version "0021" which I have downloaded onto an SD card, BUT it just keeps saying "Error SD Card" I have tried formatting the SD Card on different machines but no can do!

Has any BRISKODA  member achieved the impossible and successfully updated the maps using this method, if so , how ? PLEASE

Welcome.

You'd be better asking in either the Yeti section here or the I.C.E section here.

Hi and welcome aboard.
