Plan to buy one but could not get insurance quote from my existing and several other insurance companies and bookers.

 

I am not young and has maximum NCB. The equivalent Golf GTD has the same premium quote as my existing BMW X5 from my current insurance company.

 

Is it because the VRS is too new or that is something else.

 

Anyone has got a quote may help to point to the insurance company.
