the civic type R 2001 is not a repeat as it was when the new tpye R came out and was a completely new car :rolleys:

And the 206 GT was the homologation 206's with extra long bumpers, a bit like the Fabia vRS bumpers really.

Also have to agree with Bengie that's why I mention the old Civic type R which was only a 1.6 engine and not the new 2.0 litre.

Des Skoda are marketing it as a sport hatch not a hot hatch.

Doll I mentioned the Clio 16v a few threads back along with the Mk1 and Mk2 variant but it got removed from the list :fap: , I used to have the Mk1 in white, twas a very good handling car indeed if a little basic inside but yes a true hot hatch and quicker than the Mk1 golfs and handled better to.

Those last three have hatches and are reasonably quick, so I guess they count. Although personally, I only really class small, FWD 'shopping' hatchbacks with warm engines as hot hatches.

MGC/V8 predate the Lotus Sunbeam, too!

Thanks for the comments, I think i'll get rid of her next year though, getting bored of shelling out on the arches. I will miss her though, been a cracking car really and never given me much trouble, but then I do look after her.

I always liked white valvers . I actually wanted white, but the guy sold the one I was after before I get chance to look at it. This one came up at the right money at the time, so blue it was!

Think i'll look at a Fab vRS early next year, they should have come down a bit more by then as well.
