maxidot vehicle data?

Featured Replies

maxi dot     vehicle data?  on the scroll  menu what is it meant to display?

when i open it  i get the message  "no entries"

cant find anything in the manual

Yep, mine says that. No idea, lol.

It'll show errors. No entries is what you want to see

Do it whilst you have a door open, are low on fuel or are running out of washer fluid (if you have headlight washers) and these things will all show in there.

I think it can also do tyre pressure monitors?

I've been wondering the same thing since getting my car on Thursday!

Now I know

I'll check mine tonight but I think it also displays Stop/Start information like "StopStart unavailable due to Climate Request"...

It'll give me reason not to drive with a smile on my face watching the average fuel economy display..

You only get an entry if there's anything to tell you - so whenever you get the wee yellow warning triangle on the dash there will be something to tell you. So low washer fluid, low fuel, tyre pressure warning etc etc.

Mike,

If you see a car the same as yours driving around Fife (to and from St Andrews for Golf) it'll be me.

In all the time I was waiting for my car to be delivered (Thursday last week) I never saw a single MK3 VRS Estate and I've seen two since I've had it.
