Pancake Pipe Problem

Hi guys ,

I have a front mount intercooler fitted and no matter how many times I trim the pipework and adjust how the pipes are sitting the pancake pipe still rubs against the driveshaft when under load (on biting point)

Hat have you guys done to solve this? I've thought of replacing the full set up but the size of the pipe connector to the actual engine is a lot smaller than the pancake pipe itself.
