Great choice of colour! It's the one I'd be tempted to go for if I was to go for a vRS.

Dealer phoned me my hatch has moved to week 38 tho not confirmed yet. I went for the race blue but was v v tempted with the green

Thats a nice spec, congrats!  Its going to be like waiting for Xmas when you was a kid!!!  I know it is for me when I order a car!!

I was very tempted to have the green, but was a little concerned about resale values in 3 years time. If I knew that the green would be a good reseller then I probably would have gone for it.

Yeah, both my colour preferences mean a lower sell on value at the end of the day.  Having said that, I plan to keep this car for much longer than the warranty period, as long as it behaves itself!

Week 38 is good for hatch, i was told for my estate week 37 (estimated) and its gone to week 39 build week.

The unconfirmed for my hatch is 41, funny how SUK says customer orders won't be built until November yet they're giving out build dates for October and in some cases September

Just had a call back from SUK, they tell me that the unconfirmed build week is just a placeholder and it won't be built until at least week 45. He said I might get it for the very end of December but that January is much more likely.

Also they said SUK are not aware of any issues with the spoiler for the hatch

When did you order yours LewJo? My unconfirmed build week is 42 (noticed yours was 41) so I'd expect mine will be built at around a similar time to yours
