Because the original vRS was based on the Ambiente trim level, which didn't include headlamp washers (or climate control. or a lot of other things). Over time, the vRS spec. evolved to include a lot of goodies, but headlamp washers weren't among them.

Hmm, difficult one. For starters, you need a new bumper assembly with the headlamp washers installed. Then you need the 5 litre washer bottle with the extra pump. Add some tubing, and a revised switch or two (headlamp washers are controlled by both the steering stalk switch and the light switch).

Thank's KLB, Maybe it's to much work. It's just I dive many miles through the winter and find the road salt build up on the light's a real problem, Perhaps I can get a cheap universal washer jet kit of the net.
