Had a play with the Rockstar Editor today. Just to see what it's like. We should totally plan out a set piece and record a short clip.

Just played with some recorded footage from freemode, but it looks like you can build 'stages' like with the creator to use too.

Might record some of our races and tart up the close ones to get used to it.

Would be goid on editor with all of us and set up a 'bank robbery' and have police chase

We really could have some fun if we put some planning into it

Yeah, getting quite into it now.

 

You can turn on 'Action Replay' mode recording which is like the share mode recording on the PS4. Turn it on and it constantly records what's happening - then you can save an action replay at any time and it'll make a clip with the last 30seconds - 1min of what's just happened. Then you can drop it in Editor and play with the cameras etc. That's all I did when Mini wiped me out.

 

Definitely having a bit of a photoshoot next time I'm on - now I know that you can pull a snapmatic frame from any place in the editor. Means you don't need someone else there taking a photo if you want an action shot. (I'm thinking BMX at the skatepark and Sanchez at the desert building site at least. Might find some of the better stunt jumps too.)

and with that editor would be funny to do like a police chase as if we had street racers and and a massive police chase.

could do the street racer thing if we've got got huntsman and the other lads on, would be a good crack especially with your effects that you're capable of.

I'm in Lisbon all week so I wont be on.

I did contemplate it, but I noticed as I was setting up the camera for a shot of me falling that the 'mood' setting is still active, so I looked happy as larry as I was about 12 inches from landing on my nose (it did have a Supermanesque poetry to it though).

 

I even deleted the clip so no one else will know what happened...
