TB alignment - please advise

Went to the mechanic last week to clean TB and did ADP.

A final result with Angle Sensor 1 readings was:

- 4.3 degrees on idle, and

- 84.6 degrees on pedal to the max.

Battery voltage was 12.040 V during ADP.

Is these angles OK because I've read somewhere (not sure it's correct) that it suppose to be 0-90 from min to max throttle?
